The Kenya CLimate Innovation Center, Kenya's leading clean energy technologies ambassadors, desired an online display of their strategy to increase awareness, while utilizing their current customer base.
Challenge
To increase awareness & facilitate sign ups for a number of competitions run by KCIC.
Solution
A dynamically innovative digital media suite that allows users to be re-targeted based on the their interests, age groups & location . This was done by introducing a contextual campaign to increase reach by showing prospective audiences the current, and most popular activities & projects being carried out by The Kenya CIC. In addition to that, we developed & initiated user targeted campaigns on 3 social media platforms.
Results
We achieved a Click Through Rate (CTR) of 0.09%, which generated a good number of new visits & sign ups. In the campaign’s final month of activity the Cost Per Action (CPA) was reduced by 40%, surpassing the client’s target. By May 2017 KCIC double digit increase in their social media following – (generated by both dynamic re-targeting and the prospecting campaign) – this produced a Return on Investment (ROI) of 300%.
